The GoWin Philosophy
What we believe about the small tools you use every day.
Tools, not products
Some things you use every day deserve to be a product โ your bank, your calendar, your design app. They hold real state, they need accounts, they earn the right to be more involved in your life.
And then there's everything else. The unit converter you open twice a year. The BMI calculator you use after a doctor's visit. The QR code you generate for a Wi-Fi password. The percentage you need for a tip. None of those need to know who you are. None of them need to remember anything from last time.
GoWin is for that second category. Small, fast, single-purpose utilities that do the thing and get out of your way.
What we optimise for
Every decision on GoWin runs through four filters:
- Speed of use. The tool should load fast and work the moment you open it. No splash screen, no onboarding tour.
- Trust. If a tool is going to live in your bookmarks for years, you should be able to trust it without thinking.
- Privacy. Most of what you put into a calculator is mundane, but it's still yours. We process things in your browser whenever we can, so the data stays with you.
- Cost. Free, always. The tools we make don't cost much to run, so they don't need to charge.
What you can expect
You can land on a tool, do the thing, and close the tab. No email gate. No "create a free account to continue." No banner asking you to install a desktop app. The page should feel like opening the calculator on your phone โ quick, useful, and forgettable in the best way.
That's the whole pitch. Pick a tool. Get the answer. Go win your day.
